Pet Portrait starts with two-to-four pet photos, then uses a Tinder-style deck to let someone shape the tone and artistic direction before a portrait is generated. The app protects the unwatermarked original behind the unlock flow while making the preview moment useful on its own.

The flow is shaped; the release environment is not.
The current browser harness uses fictional deterministic data. It does not call Firebase, OpenAI, Apple payments, or a production service, and the native app still needs environment and device validation.
